Edge quality

Cutting width

It is usually cut with a fiber laser with a diameter of 0.85 mm to 1.5 mm. If the sheet thickness exceeds 10mm, the perpendicularity of the cutting edge is very important. The cutting edge will deviate from the vertical by a few hundredths of a millimeter. The more vertical the edge, the better the quality of the cut. If it is not vertical, the cutting quality will be greatly reduced, such as uneven or rough edges. When cutting thick metal, if the cutting edge is too thin it will result in poor cutting quality, or even no cutting edge.
